Built a 13-inch crushgrind mechanism from scratch to fit it after buying one from Amazon. Multiple iterations were necessary to get the fit perfectly right, and now it snaps together extremely tightly but can still be disassembled to replace the mechanism years down the line when it wears out. The crushgrind mechanism is incredibly impressive, with an easy adjustment from coarse to finely ground settings. Assembled, it measures about 7 inches tall and holds a substantial amount of peppercorns. Several different colored grinders were desired for various tasks such as grinding coriander seeds.
