Crumble controller case
youmagine
This two-part case ensures that a crumble controller remains secure after initial program testing has been completed. Connections are typically made with croc-clips or conductive thread, but this solution uses solder tags to create a highly robust system. Solder tags are securely held in place by M3 6mm machine screws and nuts. The back of the case features simple hexagonal recesses that prevent the nuts from turning while being fitted. No additional components have been included to keep the case together, relying on friction for stability. A rubber band cut from an old bicycle inner tube is used to keep the two halves in place, preventing them from falling apart. Special thanks are extended to Redfern Electronics for providing dimensions a very long time ago.
