This is a remake of mrinnella's card holder, I found that it didn't quite fit the cards for me and the slider stuck so I've rebuilt it in Tinkercad, I've listed it as a remix as I've shamelessly copied the design wholesale. I recommend printing the card holder at 0.2mm and the sliders at 0.12mm. I've included 2 versions, the small fits the bare cards (89 x 127.5mm recess), the large fits sleeved cards (91 x 128mm).
