I created this 3D model using Sketchup 8 and later adapted it to multiple other formats. The native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene utilizes 3ds Max 2016 version and is rendered with Vray 3.00. This model showcases a hotel, bank, houses, car, shopping center, and parking lot thanks to the great efforts of my co-creators.
