This 3D model originated from a digital creation process initiated within Sketchup 8, after which it was successfully converted to accommodate all other applicable 3D formats. The native file format remains as the original .skp while the corresponding scene in 3ds Max 2016 has been rendered using Vray 3.00. A partly-divided urban landscape. This model represents my second attempt at a city-based project, preceding an initial undertaking that incurred a substantial large file size issue - not merely significant but rather exceptionally oversized. Upon careful examination of the rendered outcome, I invite users to offer their assessments and critiques, if they wish. My heartfelt gratitude extends to the creator of the houses and beach chairs featured within this scene; every other element was individually designed and crafted by me. Notably, these residences are strategically situated near the coast, allowing for unobstructed ocean views. When it came to street naming conventions, I deliberately chose to omit any reference to the word 'beach', recognizing that it has become a ubiquitously accepted part of geographical designations found in such locations. Furthermore, my notebook presents an unusual performance pattern; despite being configured to optimize performance at 8MB, it displays significantly degraded capabilities when reduced to mere 4MB.
