We were immediately struck by the substantial weight and premium metal finish of these items as soon as we got our hands on them. The task at hand was to meticulously replicate this intricate detail. To achieve this, we carefully dissected the items into multiple components, utilizing a Makerbot Replicator 2 to precision-print each piece in 3D, then assembled everything together with a strong adhesive. After that, we employed a fine-grit sanding process to smooth out any rough edges or imperfections. Finally, a specially formulated self-leveling epoxy was applied to the entire surface, allowing it to dry completely before adding a metallic paint finish for a flawless finish.
