Crown spa bath small jet replacement
thingiverse
I replaced a small Crown spa bath jet, but since the manufacturer is no longer around, I had to find an alternative. The original chrome-plated jet was wearing off, so I decided to print my own using white material instead. Currently, I'm also working on creating larger replacement jets. Here are the settings used for printing: * Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro * Rafts: Yes, this provides extra stability during printing. * Supports: Also set to yes, ensuring a secure and stable base for the print. * Resolution: Printed at high resolution for a clear and precise finish. * Infill Percentage: Set to 25% to strike a balance between strength and material usage. The print process required some extra effort. I divided it into two separate parts and joined them using epoxy resin. By printing the cap upside down, I was able to achieve better print quality on this critical component.
