This collection showcases photos captured during three consecutive annual visits to Crowder's Mountain State Park in North Carolina. Situated in a geographically distinct inselburg, the mountain's peak commands an impressive view over the flat piedmont region. It boasts two moderately demanding ascents and has become my go-to park due to its distinctive attributes, rich flora, and historical importance as the site of the Battle of Kings Mountain. The 2015 images were taken likely during autumn sometime in that year. In contrast, the 2016 set predominantly features views from areas along the ridge line, where elevations reach their highest point. Notably, the extensive collection posted in 2017 was captured on February 8th, featuring significantly more photos than any previous batch shared here.
