Crouched lions and lionesses stand watch at the foot of the monument, guarding the tomb with fierce loyalty. Originally four, one at each corner, they were placed there as sentinels to protect the final rest. Their style hints at an earlier era than that of the monument itself, suggesting reuse from a previous tomb decoration or perhaps even a contemporary work like the Nereid Monument in southern Turkey, deliberately designed to evoke a timeless elegance. This object is part of "Scan The World", a groundbreaking initiative by MyMiniFactory that aims to create a vast digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks and landmarks from around the globe for everyone's free access.
