As soon as Wotan lost his eye, he began to perceive the world in a completely new way. Every technical design now resembled a dull blueprint on paper. Flaws stood out prominently, and Wotan immediately set out to correct them by adding new components. Fenrir was one of Wotan's initial designs, created during his time under a different identity. As his vision continued to sharpen, he gained the ability to locate concentrations of metals beneath the earth's surface and detect Raiders from vast distances away.
