The goal was to design and create a single print object that features movable internal components, and can be completed by adding a simple string to form the bow.\nToothpicks prove effective as projectiles when testing the spring.\nDesigning took place in SketchUp and printing occurred using a Printrbot Simple, achieving great results.\nFor optimal printing, avoid adding supports, ensuring that the printed piece has freedom to move without obstruction.\nPrint Settings\nRafts: No\nSupports: Absolutely Not Needed Resolution: Extremely Detailed, .25 Precision Infill: Nearly 100%, Very Strong and Solid Notes: The printing process took around one hour with a print speed of 30 mm/s. After Printing The printed piece might require some touch-ups to clean up any loose threads or debris, especially if the printer experiences difficulties bridging gaps.
