Crossbolt Mechanical Pusher Flywheel Conversion by NED
thingiverse
These are the 3D printed files required to manufacture my modified Flywheel powered Nerf Crossbolt. The pusher is fully mechanical and requires no electronic components. I don't have the time or energy to provide a build guide on this project. This is an extremely complex build that demands significant expertise, requiring you to cut out most of the shell. If you possess the necessary skills required for building this, you won't need any instructions. The only parts not printed are the pusher upper linkage arm and the pusher guide tubes. The linkage arm is made from 1/2 inch wide, 1/8th inch thick aluminum stock with holes spaced 6.7 inches apart. The pusher guide tubes consist of four 4.25 inch sections of 8mm OD, 6mm ID carbon fiber tubing. The motor cover is designed for 180 sized motors, but you will need to use it even if you have a 130 sized motor as they won't fit in the shell. The battery tray is designed for a 1000MAH Turnigy 3S lipo pack.
