A model of a CROSS TWEEZERS, I recently found im my toolbox. Two different versions are available, with and without a small toothing in the clamping front area.Thinkable are four different materials, from which these cross tweezers could be made of.Namely: STAINLESS STEEL, BRASS, TITANIUM and even PLASTIC.Notes:An unfolding of the sheet metal part is also provided. Two identical parts are used to produce this fine tool. The model is shown without any fasting method for joining the two parts to one assembly (welding, soldering or whatever.)A bending of the parts, for reaching an optimal preload of the assembled tool, is not designed and has to be defined by "Try and Error" or otherwise by using an "Analysis Application" like »ANSYS« or others. The CROSS TWEEZERS, made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, has a compression spring for a to be defined individual clamping force. The model is available in following data formats:STEP-file of the complete assembly and all native files, (.prt) and (.asm), together in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
