Cross Country Cactus

This model scales up a Citroën C4 Cactus at 1/24th size. To get ready for a Dakar rally like the one featured on a Miata last year, it has been transformed and dressed for racing action. Adhering closely to this year's T1 guidelines is key except when coming up with unique design ideas that pop visually. A competition truck might discard airbump panels but thought incorporating flexible filaments could bring about an exciting aesthetic. A wide variety of choices exists for the printed body: opting solely for the regular design, printing "airbump" version along with its distinct panels and positioning them neatly afterwards; or doing the same in a simultaneous step through dual extrusion for capable machines. Wheels, too, can be customized similarly depending on preference and print capabilities - they can come as either plain prints of tires. Printing separate shock components isn't essential here; they come centered already suited well. Additionally needed would include eight total pins distributed evenly among these groups: the two kinds being Left/Right set for proper balancing and both right/mudflaps for adequate protection when hitting unexpected objects. The only part deserving of printed supports will remain the main vehicle's frame itself, a necessity but not optional - to complete that racing design so it is robustly secure for potential competition events at Dakar level rally.
