Cross brace for Anycubic Kossel
thingiverse
If you're searching for a part like this, you already know the Anycubic Kossel Mini frame tends to wobble excessively. Whatever adjustments you make - likely turning down acceleration and jerk settings - the frame will still move when changing speed or direction. This is due to its inherent design. A simple stabilizing brace can fix this issue by firmly attaching a 20mm pipe to your 2020 extrusion frame, making it more rigid overall. You'll need to print six of these custom parts and use 8-10mm M4 bolts to secure them to the frame. The pipe can be attached with a 15mm or longer M4 bolt along with an M4 nut. Holes for the bolts are oversized to accommodate most common hex and Phillips head fasteners. To complete this project, you'll require: - 12 x 8-10mm M4 bolts - 12 x M4 T-nuts - 6 x 15mm or longer M4 bolts - 6 x M4 nuts - 3 x 20mm diameter aluminum, steel, or other pipe/rod that's at least 65cm long.
