The first picture shows a staging tray to assist in measuring out six BBs at a time. The second photo shows a funnel with a measuring tube that also measures out 6 BBs. The next photo is this loading fixture for the Crosman 408T magazine. The loader has 6 indentations for the BBs to locate for reloading. In addition there are grooves positioned to assist the BBs in finding their positions. You may have to influence the BBs to their positions, but it should not be too difficult. Once the BBs are in position then the magazine can be positioned over them and with a gentle push all the babies can be loaded into the magazine.
