Our Croozer front wheel spacer snapped in two due to freezing, so I designed a replacement. The new part is spot on in terms of accuracy but falls short in terms of strength. Unfortunately, the spacer doesn't hold up well when printed using PETG or PLA. I recently tried printing it with FlexiFill 98A and while it wasn't perfect, it was good enough to get me by. However, I did need to use some support structures to keep it from warping out of shape.
