Croft Pergola Post Cap

Croft Pergola Post Cap

We have a Croft 3m x 3m Charcoal Pergola, with plastic post caps. These can blow off in high winds, and in very high winds they don't necessarily stay in the garden. Couldn't find anywhere that sold a replacement / similar design, so I thought I'd make my own. This is a fairly close approximation of the original post cap, which is reasonably easy to print. It is a slightly tighter fit in the post, and feels more secure than the original. I've also added a flat version (untested), which should make it easier to remix if you so desire, or you may just prefer the basic look of flatness! Croft_Pergola_Cap.stl is the one in the photo, this is the only file you need to print the (approximation of the) original post cap. Croft_Pergola_Flat_Post_Cap.stl is the flat version, which if printing directly should be printed largest area down (the stl has been flipped over for this purpose). This is also probably easier to remix.
