Human: Description of the 3D model (I improve and simplify joint system in Croco 2.0) This model is the latest evolution of the low poly crocodile previously posted. It boasts three types of solutions for rotating and moving the parts, making it a true "Croco Action." The impression: Files are printable at scale or 125% without issues. However, below 100%, some parts become too small. The file "PieceJoint" must be printed at 100% filling with support on the pieces (not only on the board). For the other file "body," I recommend light support (at an angle of 70 degrees), even if its absence is not problematic. A wall thickness or shell outline of 2mm is recommended. Mounting: There are two STL files: "crocoCorps" gathers various model parts (torso, arms, etc.) and "crocoPieceJoint" comprises elements for rotating and assembling members. The arms and legs are assembled to the body using small hinge models. These members are held in place by a small piece placed with a clamp at the beveled end of the hinge, which goes into the torso, arms, and legs. How-to: 1. Assemble the jaw with the head (see photo tete.jpg). It's unnecessary to push the axle too far into the holes; cut the part that exceeds. 2. Assemble the hand and arms (see photo Bras.jpg). Cut the part of the axis that exceeds. 3. Assemble the big hinges and small ones (the cylinders serve as axes), then introduce them into the arms and legs, place the legs and arms in the torso, and finally add the small parts to hold these members. This operation is delicate due to residue from printing; clean beforehand. 4. Finally, insert the big hinges into the head, tail, and torso (see photo Char-tete.jpg). That's it! Have fun. Note: When parts become loose, simply put them back together and let the glue dry on the hinges.
