Crock Pot Slow Cooker Lid Handle
thingiverse
The OEM Crock Pot handles are crafted from thin polycarbonate that gradually loses its flexibility and shatters over time. This rugged replacement is designed to withstand the test of time when printed with PETG and secured with a stainless steel bolt and nut. A stainless steel 25mm M5-0.8 bolt and nut are required for assembly. I have provided 6mm and 8mm versions to meet your needs. A hexagonal plug is optional, but helps complete the look of the handle. With the natural elephant foot effect of most 3D printers, you can achieve a tight fit by tapping it into place with a small hammer until it's firmly seated, then sand it flush. You could also optionally sand off the layer lines and tight angles of the bevels if the 3D printed look doesn't suit you. These models use a sacrificial layer above the hex cutouts to avoid the use of supports during printing. This design was created with Tinkercad.
