Purchased a budget-friendly $10 slow cooker to utilize for vapor smoothing ABS prints, desiring even coverage of the model by circulating air/vapor inside. Designed this fan holder for a 30mm fan to fit seamlessly into the existing grommet on the slow cooker lid. The design allows for tilt and rotation, with wires feeding through the shaft of the mount. Successfully implemented with no issues. Assuming acetone is used for smoothing ABS, it's essential to note that the print should be created in a different material (I chose PLA) to prevent self-dissolution. The slow cooker utilized is a Hamilton Beach 3 quart model currently discounted at Best Buy: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/hamilton-beach-3-quart-slow-cooker/2926342.p?id=1219083561841&skuId=2926342 - acquired through their eBay store with free shipping.
