Crochet Hook Holder
thingiverse
I modelled this Crochet Hook holder for my partner to crochet hooks with ergonomic handles. I wanted it to be modular, so each piece is printed separately. The pieces are designed to be screwed together, and the threads are part of the model. I recommend printing the parts with external threads (Base Disc, Bottom Pole, Top Pole) at 25-30% infill, as less than 20 caused the threads to snap off quite easily when assembling. I recommend using rafts to print the poles, as they print vertically, and the extra adhesion is helpful. The remixing of the two toppers was just adding a threaded hole to the bottom of the model so it can be screwed on top. I also removed the horn of the unicorn to make a space to hold a tapestry needle, but I've included the horned version as well.
