<p>Heyho,</p><p>this is the template/jig I created after quite a few moments, taking measurements, printing prototypes and creating waste :D</p><p>To make your own custom scale you need:</p><p>1 x This Jig Set</p><p>1 x Drilling machine (best with a stand) with a 5 mm drill & a countersink</p><p>X x Sanding paper (Coarse to fine!)</p><p>1 x Flat underground</p><p>Some good 2K Glue</p><p>1 X Material (3,8 mm Carbon plate or about 2 mm Carbon plate + some wood)</p><p>Building instructions: <a href="https://youtu.be/MJ3hNro4NOU">https://youtu.be/MJ3hNro4NOU</a></p><p>I would recommend using hard & temperature resistant materials like ASA for the template. If you print them in PLA the drill might heat it up and increase the produced tolerances.</p><p>I used 100% infill.</p><p>Disclaimer: As with every other modification to your original CRK this will void your guaranty!</p>
