This is Version 2 of my Critical Failure Dice Set. I streamlined things by reducing the number of dice from six to four. Each die is relatively straightforward, but if you're unsure about anything, please send me a private message for clarification. To improve readability, I made the cuts on the dice slightly deeper than before. In my initial print run, some of the emblems and labeling were barely visible due to their shallow depth. Here's how each die works: One die shows which body part is affected by the critical failure. Another die indicates which side of the body is impacted. A third die reveals any additional damage resulting from the critical failure, including a 5% chance for severe injury or severance. The fourth die shows who bears the brunt of the critical failure. As always, Dungeon Masters should exercise their discretion and use common sense when applying these dice rolls.
