The Blessed Christ (1942) is a sculpture situated atop Cerro San Javier in Yerba Buena, Tucumán Province. Standing 28 meters tall, it raises its right arm in a sign of blessing. This iconic work of art belongs to renowned sculptor Juan Carlos Iramain (1900-1973), a native of Tucumán. It was unveiled in 1942. In 1973, the Iramain Museum was inaugurated, showcasing the sculptor's masterpieces. The museum serves as a tribute to his artistic legacy. The remains of this celebrated artist rest beneath the feet of the Blessed Christ.
