The Cricut can operate a Sharpie marker directly without any additional adapter required. However, adjusting the height proves to be a bit challenging. This gauge allows you to precisely position the Sharpie for creating thick, bold lines. To employ this feature: Switch off the machine in order to freely move the tool head. Place the gauge beneath the tool head and lower it so that it makes contact with the gauge. Carefully insert the Sharpie into place while gently pressing it against the gauge. Securely close the lock, ensuring the Sharpie remains stationary. Just before printing, take a moment to wipe the Sharpie tip clean with a scrap piece of paper to effectively warm it up.
