Cricut Maker Roller Rubber Wheel Replacement
thingiverse
Sometimes the Cricut roller rubber can become deformed and when the mat is moving the rubber wheel travels up the roller bar and causes issues with cutting etc. Setting it back in place does not resolve the issue and the star wheels pressed up against it only works temporarily or changes the direction it travels. Cricut won't sort this scenario unless it's under warranty, which my machine no longer is, and there are no spare parts for these machines unless you buy a broken unit for spares or repairs. I've tested numerous times with great success and am sharing it with you if you want a quick resolution instead of all the measuring and making of the part yourself. Below are some of the details on how I printed it but your materials and printer settings may be different. Machine: Creality Ender 3 S1 Material: Eryone TPU 95A - black (Will only work with flex materials) Nozzle temp: 210C Bed temp: 50C (apparently not required for TPU but I had a cold room so did anyway) Retraction: 2mm Infill: 100% DISCLAIMER: This repair is fairly straight forward but is fiddly in parts. I'm not responsible for any damage you cause to you, anyone else or your machine or loss of warranty by attempting this repair nor am I responsible for anything that goes wrong with your machine whilst using this part. Please ensure you exhaust all avenues of a warranty claim etc through Cricut before thinking about proceeding. I created this for myself and it's worked flawlessy on many occassions. The end-user accepts all risk.
