After experimenting with a few adapters here, I opted to forge my own path. The straightforward approach seemed most sensible. I've attached the two files for Fine Sharpie pens and Ultra Fine pens, but detailed instructions on how to modify the F3D file for any pen you have are available, provided that the shoulder where the cap rests is at least 34mm from the pen tip and the widest diameter of the pen (in the area under the cap) is less than about 12mm. I'm eager to hear about the pens you've adapted, and feel free to remix and post brand-specific versions!
