Cricket Bail V1
thingiverse
Initially, I was unfamiliar with this game; however, an emergency overnight print produced the bail design, which is simple and quick to process. Recently, field testing revealed that a 40% upright PLA print withstanding direct hits to be insufficient, as evidenced by the broken bail in the attached photo. V2 offers horizontal STL files for printing off-board; please let me know if you need the V1 version's STL file. The printed height is approximately 110mm, with the shorter end at the bottom to minimize support material usage. For added strength, a 40% infill was used, but it proved insufficient for direct hits in an upright print, as the weakest surface lies there.
