Crevice Tool
thingiverse
I created this because we lacked a crevice tool that fit our main vacuum. I engineered it to fit the tapered end of a vacuum extension that transitions from 31.85mm diameter down to 30.6mm over a length of 30mm. Initially, I gave it some slack but it ended up with a loose fit. A layer of gaffers tape on the inside of the crevice tool made it a snug fit. The total height of the tool is 195mm to fit vertically in an Ultimaker 2. I printed it with a .4 nozzle, .15 layers, and 18% infill. It seems very sturdy. I used brim to ensure it adhered well to the build plate because the walls are only 2mm thick. I printed in PLA which has great layer bonding. I doubt it would work in ABS unless you know how to prevent layer cracking on tall objects.
