David created a creeper model in FreeCAD, which was then remeshed in Gmsh due to non-manifold issues. The first STL file has a 3mm-walled hollow figure standing at 13cm with a 4cm head cube, while the second is a solid version scaled down to 9cm. The creeper's dimensions were sourced from http://ata4.info/mcdim/.
