A friend asked me to share this design after he created it using Solidworks. He's kindly given permission for me to upload it here in return. I used this model as a substitute for the original mount that came with his Cree XML 1800LM LED Bicycle Light Set 2013. It served well as a test for printing with different materials and settings on my M3D printer. Final prints were done one layer thickness down from the standard setting of 50 microns using Black PLA material, and I chose to use a raft. It left some residue behind, so cleaning the buildtak with a damp cloth between prints really helped. Let me know if you have any suggestions or requests and I'll pass them along to my friend.
