This is a protective pouch for one Credit or Debit card meant to protect the surface of a single card in the pocket and make it less evident it is a Credit Card. It works fine on the 40℃ heated print-bed with Buildtak surface. However if you have sticking problems use a raft. I used a 100% infill but also successfully printed another one with only 15%.
