A compact wallet designed to hold credit cards securely. It locks shut tightly. The edges of the cards are textured with small bumps to prevent them from falling out. Wallet and WalletClip can hold stacks of cards approximately 10mm thick, while WalletThick can handle thicker stacks roughly 14mm thick. WalletClip features an integrated money clip on its exterior surface. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer Model: TAZ 5 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill Percentage: 20% Notes: The wallet was printed in E-Sun PLA+ using a 0.5mm nozzle with two perimeter passes and an enabled cooling fan, which was necessary for the end of the print process. This design prints as a single piece. The only variation between models A, B, and C lies in the distance between the bumps that hold the cards in place. To determine which model works best for your needs, try printing one of the test fit models and insert your credit cards to see how well they grip without bending. The test fit applies to both WalletClip and WalletThick files since it assesses how effectively the design can hold a single card. Post-Printing Instructions: To open the wallet, apply moderate pressure to break the hinge free. For the WalletClip version, you will need to snap off the support for the clip. Sanding the wallet with various grits of sandpaper and finishing with 600-grit wet sand can help smooth out its surface.
