I wanted a charger that fits my wallet. It uses a Samsung Galaxy Mini battery, which I had lying around from an old phone. It employs the circuit from aluminum cylinder portable chargers that utilize 18650 batteries. I removed the large USB plug and soldered the wire directly to the phone's board, joining the green and white wires together. Use a cable that fits your phone; I used a micro USB. Remove the label from the battery and solder wires directly to the protection board. The gold contacts may come off depending on the battery, but you don't need them. I held the case together with hot glue, and next time I'd use runnier glue like CA glue. I printed it in clear so I can see the status LEDs. I printed at a layer height of 0.3mm. The top and bottom panels are 0.6mm thick. Use this charger circuit but remove the USB A port and use the cable of your choice. There might be other chargers with circuits that would fit, but I'm not 100% sure. You can find the charger kit on eBay at http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Aluminum-USB-Power-Bank-DIY-Case-Box-Kit-for-1X-18650-Battery-Charger-Cell-Phone-/272605336752?var=&hash=item3f788b54b0:m:mQhZ5VGsh0CLLoo0J2KZJiw. Use this battery, or an equivalent: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Battery-For-Samsung-Galaxy-s4-mini-GT-i9195T-/301576442055?hash=item46375b50c7:g:X9cAAOSwBLlVFfu8
