I modified a design inspired by someone else's creation (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3146835) and reduced its thickness to make it snap securely into place both when opened and closed. This object prints best with an extruder height of 0.2mm, but it should work just as well at lower settings and even handled a 0.25mm setting without any issues for me.
