Are you tired of loyalty cards falling out of your pocket or handbag and getting lost forever? I certainly was, so I created a holder for up to three loyalty cards that solves the problem once and for all. The challenge was finding the perfect balance between thinness and strength, but I managed to crack it. They will easily slip into a credit card slot (if you're lucky enough). I used PLA as the primary material, but ABS/PETG would be an even better choice since they offer more strength and durability. There are two sets of STL files available - one for the front and back halves, and another all-in-one version that prints perfectly in a single piece. Your preference is entirely up to you. One of the pictures shows the "one-piece" model printed vertically using a 10mm brim, showcasing its incredible design in transparent black PETG. The two halves are designed differently - one is flat, while the other has 0.6mm sides that form a sturdy box with the top. After printing, remove the parts from the bed and secure them together using Super Glue or your favorite adhesive (EDIT: I've found that Araldite works even better). You can print the two halves separately if you like, or try printing them in one piece for an extra challenge. Note: Thingiverse displays the design vertically, but I printed it flat with the tiny sides facing upwards - a method that worked just as well. If you decide to print it vertically, make sure to add a hefty raft or brim to keep it stable and secure.
