Credit card blade

thingiverse

This is a compact box, slightly thicker than a standard credit card, designed for easy carrying in a wallet. Inside, it contains a versatile cutter blade that can be mounted like a knife, with the card itself serving as the handle. The design features a sliding cover that securely stores and assembles the blade. The blade is a standard 18 mm cutter blade, modified to remove at least two sections for added safety. For printing purposes, the bolt should be printed separately and then fitted into the cap before gluing it with a small drop of acetone or superglue. Important note: Cutter sheets are hazardous tools that should not be treated as toys. They are not suitable for school use or educational purposes. Print Settings: - Printer Brand: Prusa - Printer: Prusa Steel - Rafts: No - Supports: No - Resolution: 0.4 mm hotend - 0.1 mm layer height - Infill: 100% - Notes: Wall thickness is 2 mm. Post-Printing: Secure the bolt to the lid with a strong adhesive. Design Process: The design was created using FreeCad and printed with Cura 2.4.0 Beta.
