The necessary components, which include washer and base, ensure smooth operation of the regular spools featuring an inner diameter of 30mm. The Bigspool adapter caters perfectly to professional PLA spools boasting an impressive inner diameter of 53mm. Intructions Printing the parts with ABS in layers of 0.25mm was a successful approach. Settings used were: Washer: Filled at a high percentage, achieving perfect print results Base: Optimized honeycomb fill was applied, at 26.5% for ideal stability Bigspool Adapter: A more delicate fill strategy, with just 15% of the structure utilizing honeycomb pattern; raft generation might prove advantageous for additional structural support The selected settings yield optimal tolerance results.
