Creator Pro 5mm Z-axis Shim

This is a Flashforge Creator Pro glass bed upgrade 5mm shim. The same part is included with the Makersome Glass Bed Upgrade kit, and it works perfectly with 5mm thick glass plates. We've revised this design to have even tighter tolerances than previous attempts, ensuring it sits sturdily for precise printing on the z-axis. To print: Print this shim using ABS or PLA (we prefer ABS). With a layer resolution of 0.2 mm and 100% infill, you won't need supports. We print ours with the extruder set to 230C and the build plate at 110C. You'll need: * 2 corner brackets * 2 M3 screws pre-installed on the printer bed * 2 M3 fine thread wingnuts * 1 Z-axis shim * 1 glass bed plate Find the corner pieces here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:715545 To install: Place this shim behind the Flashforge nameplate, and it will fit snugly without any need for glue or screws. Ensure that the side with the angle cuts and middle screw pockets is facing down.
