Creative Prusament wall organizer
prusaprinters
This is a creative organizer to hang on your office wall. Take an empty Prusament spool make 1 or 2 holes (I used a wood burning pen to melt plastic). Put the containers inside the hole, if they don’t fit perfectly adjust the hole with a file. If you want (it’s not necessary), stick the container to the spool with an hot melt glue. Separate a plastic side and insert the wall mount. Fix it to the wall with a screw (hole Ø6mm). Take the other part of the spool and press it into the plastic side. Insert the clips. Print instructionsIf you use PrusaSlicer in 3mf files, objects are already in the correct positions and settings are already set up Gcodes are ready to print but they are set only for Original Prusa i3 MK3/S You need to rotate the STL files I suggest these settings: CONTAINERS: -NO SUPPORTS AND BRIM REQUIRED -Tollerance: 0,15mm, you can use also 0,20mm (it won’t be perfect but the spool should cover that part) -Material: you can use PLA or PETG (I use both) -The infill setting is not important because the object is very tight WALL MOUNT: -NO SUPPORTS AND BRIM REQUIRED -Tollerance: 0,20mm -Material: PETG is recomanded -Infill: 40%-50% recomanded CLIP: -NO SUPPORTS AND BRIM REQUIRED -Tollerance: 0,20mm -Material: PETG is recomanded -The infill setting is not important because the object is very tight
