This is ISA bracket for the Sound Blaster AWE64 Gold sound card from Creative Labs. Fits both the card and the case perfectly. Gameport connector opening is intentionally slightly larger so the connector will fit - this is due to the bracket being thicker than the original which is made from a thin/flimsy sheet metal. Print with supports. ISA brackets serve a dual purpose - holding the card to computer case and shielding computer from electromagnetic noise. Ideally you should cover the bracket with something conducting the electricity (like aluminium self-adhesive tape, electro-conducting paint or print it with electricity conducting filament).
