This is 2d-Art. There is a 0,4mm base and 0,4mm drawing printed on top.It is meant to be printed with 0,2mm layer height. Slice it in Cura or superslicer, prusaSlicer and configure a Change filament after the second/before the third layer.then start the print with transparent or white or whatever you prefer as base color and later change into the draw color: black or blue or whatever
