Crealty Ender 3 - Silicone Spring Replacements
thingiverse
The mold can be used to produce four spring replacements for the heat bed. Temperature-resistant silicone, capable of withstanding up to 450°C, was chosen for this project. Silicone spring replacements from Bocki_Austria served as a source of inspiration. However, several drawbacks were noted: - The cap and body were secured together using rubber bands. - Only 3mm pins were used. The cap now features 4mm holes, designed to accommodate an M4 screw with or without a nut. The cap is crafted to fit snugly around the body (albeit a bit too tightly for my initial print). I have also included eight M3 holes, allowing users to secure everything in place if desired.
