Well I found Y belt tensioners available here a bit problematic. screw is better to print vertical, but in such case the strangth of the print is the lowest aspecially when pulling. So I encounter problems because popular tensioners or their remixes simply broke. So I designed from scratch yet another Y-belt tensioner. It is for older 20x40 frame. Doesn't need any srews to mount to the rail, just slide-in. No blocking for the Y table movement. Hardware you need is cost effective: one wheel GT2 6mm 20 teeth, 5mm hole diameter, - screw M5x40 with hex head - nut M5 regular - screw M5x30 alien - nut M5 with plastic insert For me it is imprtant to print in the horizontal position. Base with support only from the table, slider and knob without supports. Works nice for me.
