Creality | Universal Filament Guide

Sorry for the Distorted Pictures, That Appears to Be a Thingiverse Bug. This Filament Guide Is Suitable For Most Creality Printers Where The Filament Reel Is On Top Of The Printer, Always Above The Extruder. It Moves Up And Down With The Extruder. It's Attached To Two 'Empty' Holes In The Extruder Frame. [Edit 20191023 - Added This] Assembly Instruction: 1. Mount The Groove Pulley On The Filament Guide With The M5 Nut And Screw. 2. Press The Two Nuts Firmly Into The Nut Holder With A Vise So That They Can Be Placed In Place More Easily During Assembly. Use Extra Glue When The Nuts Are Not Clamped Tightly So That The Nut Holder Is Prevented From Touching The Aluminum Profile During 3D Printing. 3. Insert The Filament Guide And Screw The Left M4 Screw Into The Nut While Holding The Nut In Place With The Nut Holder. Ensure That There's Sufficient Clearance For The Two M4 Nuts Between The Extruder Frame And The Aluminum Profile. Tighten The Screw Not Too Firmly So That The Nut Holder Can Be Rotated With Some Friction. 4. Turn The Nut Holder So That The Right-Hand Nut Is In Place. 5. Install The Second M4 Screw And Tighten Both Screws Securely. Also, Please Pay Attention To The Pictures For Assembly Instruction Again, As Well As The M4 Screws, Nuts, And Nut Holder Not Touching The Aluminum Profile After Assembly And During Printing. The BOM Is: <h3>3D-Prints</h3> 1. 1x Filament Guide 2. 1x Nut Holder <h3>COTS</H3> 1. 2x Screw M4x12 2. 2x Nut *DIN* 934 M4 3. 1x Screw M5x16 4. 1x Nut M5 5. 1x U Groove Pulley Ball Bearings 5x24x7 mm (https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/32987136006.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.19a24c4dVFz2gJ). Of Course, It's Also Possible To 3D-Print This Groove Pulley, But I Think That The COTS Part Is A Cheap And More Ruggedized Solution.
