Creality Titan/ V6 Direct Drive 40mm Hotend Fan

This is an attempt at packaging a Titan extruder/ V6 with effective part cooling and a 40mm hotend cooling fan. At the moment this is a first release and may require updating depending on the feedback from early adopters. Hopefully some of you are brave enough to give it a go and let me know if I nailed it or it's a non starter! The part cooling utilises the same successful nozzle geometry used in my other designs, but with a bit more material around the nozzle outlets for increased durability. There is 8mm of vertical adjustment with reinforced attachment points to ensure correct orientation. A clamp is incorporated to provide rock solid attachment to the Creality carriage. The BLTouch mount allows the probe to be removed without disturbing it's vertical location. All parts should be printed in the orientation as downloaded. The duct will print with no support, as will the clamp, cover and BLTouch mount. The mount itself will print mostly without support but may require some selective support depending on how good your printer is with bridging. The BLTouch adapter will need support from the base only. BLTouch offset is 0, 45. This change also applies to the Cover which is updated to version 1.1 2/8/19: The mount and cover assembly has been revised to make the rear support for the cover removable to ease assembly.
