A versatile part cooling solution designed specifically for the Titan Aero and standard Creality X carriage. The design ensures no interference with the X stepper housing or X belt tensioner, providing ample space between the 5015 part cooling fan and the back of a pancake Nema stepper to accommodate a heatsink. With a total weight of 400g including the carriage and rollers, this solution offers excellent stability. Printing the parts in PETG or ABS is recommended for added strength and heat resistance from the hotend and stepper. To further enhance compatibility, a revised duct with outlet nozzles positioned 8.5mm lower has been designed for use with Volcano hotends, uploaded on 29/9/18. Additional features have been incorporated since then: a BL Touch mount was added on 5/10/18, along with V6 and Volcano ducts to fit full-size stepper motors and BL Touch brackets for V6 and Volcano. On 6/10/18, an EZABL mount was also introduced. To ensure accurate selection, users can choose from ABL or non-ABL mounts, ducts suited to their specific stepper and hotend configuration (pancake stepper or 38mm stepper, V6 or Volcano), and finally the ABL sensor mount. A correction was made regarding the V6 38mm Stepper duct file, which had been mistakenly uploaded. This has now been rectified. Furthermore, a second apology was issued due to incorrectly named duct files; these have since been double-checked and corrected. On 2/2/19, CFD-optimised ducts were uploaded, all of which fit on the original mount version. In addition, a Beta test MGN12H mount for the assembly has been added on 22/2/19. Please note that belt retention is not included in this design due to the various methods of attaching linear rails to a machine; however, it presents an excellent opportunity for someone to design a plate sandwiched between the mount and the MGN12H carriage to retain the belt ends. On 19/9/19, a version of the ABL main mount was introduced featuring a captive nut for the ABL mount.
