This is a versatile hotend and part cooling solution designed for both Creality and MicroSwiss hotends. A proven part cooling system forms the basis of the duct design, effectively utilizing a powerful 5015 blower. The stock 40mm fan efficiently cools the hotend. No threading is required as recesses are provided to accept M3 nuts, which offer a secure threaded anchor for M3 bolts used to fasten the hotend duct to the X carriage. Two more M3 bolts secure the BLTouch bracket in place. A single M3 bolt clamps the height-adjustable part cooling duct, while another secures the 5015 blower to the duct. You will need three M3x15mm screws to secure the hotend fan. Small self-tapping screws can also be used for this purpose. To attach the shroud to the carriage, you'll require two M3x10mm socket cap head screws. One M3x10 or 12mm socket cap head screw secures the fan duct to the shroud. The blower is secured to the duct with one M3x22mm Socket cap head screw and a single M3 washer. You will also need three M3 nuts to fit into slots, providing threads for screws to thread into.
