Creality Stock Hotend, Direct Drive with Bondtech BMG + BLTouch

This is a direct drive mount for the Creality CR10 and Ender machines, utilizing either the stock or MicroSwiss hotends, along with a Bondtech BMG extruder featuring a pancake stepper. The part cooling duct has been optimized using CFD techniques and requires a 5015 blower for operation. The stepper extruder mount securely fastens over the top of the X carriage to enhance rigidity. It's essential to note that the stock top left-hand roller bolt is replaced with an M5 x 30mm socket head bolt, which provides a snug fit over this bolt head and further increases the fitment's rigidity and security. All parts can be printed in the orientation they are downloaded in. The duct will print without any support required. Depending on your printer's capabilities with overhangs, you may be able to print the stepper bracket with no support; however, some support within the large central hole might be necessary. On the other hand, the Shroud prints require supports from the build plate only. The BLTouch offset is -41.2, -4.5. To assemble this mount, you will need the following hardware: * M3 nuts: 6 * M3 washers: 2 (for part cooling blower screws) * M3 x 8mm socket head screws: 2 (Shroud to X carriage) * M3 x 10mm socket head screws: 2 (Stepper bracket to shroud) * M3 x 12mm socket head screws: 2 (Part cooling duct to shroud) * M3 x 14mm socket head screws: 2 (BLTouch mount) * M3 x 22mm socket head screws: 2 (Part cooling blower to part cooling duct)
